Client policy for return/replace and exchange

  1. Exchange policy only available on product which is deliver either defected or wrong product
  2. 360 degree video is required during opening parcel, if video is not submitted by client, no exchange, return or replace.
  3. Exchange request must be generated within 24 hrs. from parcel delivered.
  4. Exchange/return/replace policy is not applicable under client like or dislike of items or product.
  5. Exchange policy will not be accepted on products which is under “no refund, no exchange” policy or “Product on sale”
  6. In case of size and color exchange, if product is properly delivered as per client’s information, request will be accepted under condition of two way courier charges will be paid by client
  7. Client’s order consignment number will be provided within 48 to 72 working hours
  8. Exchange policy is only applicable within same catalogue Items
  9. Every order will be placed/accepted under no refund policy
  10. No booking will be consider without payment
  11. Company has right to change the policies, if required
  12. Misbehave/bad words with any employee or reseller of the company by customer/client will not be tolerated.
  13. All disputes are subject to Vadodara jurisdiction only

MOST IMPORTANT: CLIENT CAN NOT SELL THE PRODUCT/ITEMS/SERVICE WHICH COVERED UNDER PITAARAONLINE. TO SELL PITAARAONNLINE  PRODUCT, HE/SHE NEED TO REGISTER UNDER PITAARAONLINE RESELLER PROGREM  

Reseller Policy

  1. No booking will be consider without payment
  2. 10% on every successful/complete order will be provided
  3. Commission will be released weekly to reseller’s account
  4. Exchange request must be generated within 24 hrs. from parcel delivered, if exchange request is not being initiated within 24 hrs, order will be consider as complete/successful
  5. To provide the proper information regarding products & company policy ( client policy ) to client will be prime duty of reseller before accept order or generate purchase order to company
  6. Delivery of Unclear information to client regarding product or company Policy may cancelled your reseller rights
  7. Due to improper or partial product information, or wrong commitment passes to client , all damages/losses will be bearded by reseller ( including courier charges)
  8. Parcel will be directly deliver to the client address
  9. Client’s order consignment number will be provided within 48 to 72 working hours which reseller required to forward to client
  10. Exchange policy is only applicable within same catalog Items
  1. Company has right to change the policies, if required
